The VSDA Presentation/Awards night was held at 501 Receptions, Barkly St, West Footscray on May 30, and a good night was enjoyed by all in attendance. Throughout the evening the committee, officials and members all expressed appreciation and thanks for the great sponsorship support shown to midget auto racing. |

We arrived in to Sun Prairie at about 7.30am on Sunday morning after hauling about 500 miles from Knoxville. On arrival we checked in to our hotel and got some much needed sleep and then we set out to the track around mid day to do our maintenance and set up for the nights racing. |

Well what can I say? A night where we chased set ups only to find that right front shock was not releasing. One thing that I must say before I give you the full night of events is we were deeply saddened by the loss of Chad McDaniel. We learnt of this on arrival to the track Saturday afternoon and would like to extend our deepest sympathy to his wife and family. |
